To say this was the best experience I ever had at a salon would be an understatement. The experience was wonderful. From the time you enter the shop you are visually pleased. The vibe of the setting is relaxing and soothing. Zenda is a master of her craft. She examined my scalp and hair and then went to work. I have never had my hair wash so thoroughly. I have had issues with my scalp, I felt like my scalp and hair had been nurtured and cared for unlike any time ever before. I decided to have my hair cut. Zenda is not scissor happy. She asked me what length I wanted and then proceeded to give me a cut better than I ever imagined. I absolutely love my hair cut. The conversation flowed free and easy and she is a pleasure to be around. If you want your hair really cared for, want a all around great experience book Zenda, you won't regret it. I have finally found my stylist. Thank you so much! Update: The following day Zenda text me to find out how my hair was doing and if I needed a complimentary touch up!!! Where do tell, do they do that! Never before has a salon checked on me the next day and I have visited many. That is service after the sell, which is so very rare in this economy and time. Today I had one of the greatest hair experiences ever at then Hair and Body Salon in Augusta Georgia with the owner and hair stylist Zenda. From the time I sat down it was just peaceful she trimmed my hands to perfection and invited me to the shampoo bowl I told it was a little chilly for me. She pulled out a stylish heated blanket. I don't even know what happened after that I was in and out of sleep it was so tranquil it smells good it was clean and fresh and Airy she was kind of pleasant and attentive she washed my hair it was like yoga and meditation and a massage all at the same time. It was such a treat. I just melted into the shampoo bowl and chair. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Zenda.

Zen is amazing!!! All I asked is that she do what she do and she DID IT!!! I'm a natural with thick, tight curls. My hair needed conditioning really bad. When it was all said and done, she worked a miracle in my head. I LOVE IT!!! Her customer service is phenomenal. The vibe in her place is so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. It rained the day after getting my hair done. I received a call from her offering to do a touch-up on my hair because of the rain. Amazing customer service!! I hear many say they will travel to Atlanta to get this kind of service. But, Zen has brought the Atlanta services to Augusta. I promise you will not be disappointed.
