I’ve eaten inside a few times and never had a problem. However, today makes the second time that I’ve placed a mobile order in which nobody ever brings it out. I checked in 5 minutes after the set time it would be ready, waited 15 minutes before I called twice into the store and nobody answered. I pulled into the drive thru (after watching 5-8 cars order and get their food in the time I was waiting) in which two teenage girls were up front. They were nice and polite, however, they were not busy. My food was cold by the time I got it, which was around 20 minutes after I pulled in and was 5 minutes after the allotted time to receive said food. I’m extremely frustrated with this location as these issues have only started in the past 3-4 months. Every time I came before 3-4 months ago the service, food, and wait time were very impressive.

I normally don't leave bad reviews ever.. and I know that the person who was at the window was probably just having an awful day. However, it was seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to get my dad and I dinner on May 24th. I could tell they had been busy so I tried to be extra nice. When I got to the window, the girl there immediately rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window open and then slammed it closed again when I gave her my card. Sadly, I was missing an order and I had to ask her about it. She rolled her eyes at me and got mad again and said that I never ordered it in the first place. I said that it was totally okay if it got missed and asked if I could please go ahead and re-order it and paying at the window. She slammed the window and asked for someone else to "come deal with me". Someone else came to the window and they were super nice. I was able to place the order and pay. After, the other girl came back to the window and demanded I pay for the meal, I tried to show her the receipt, she wouldn’t acknowledge me or speak to me and just said she couldn’t see it on the screen, then slammed the window again. The other girl was able to show her and vouch for me that I did already pay and I was able to get my food. I didn’t want to say anything and make things worse but I was charged double for a drink, my fries were not seasoned at all, and my sandwich was drowned in mayonnaise. I really love Zaxbys food but I will probably never go back because of how bad the experience was.

The speaker is broken, so I could not remember what was on the menu and I had to order something extra at the window. I made it very clear that I would be happy to wait on the side and I was very apologetic, and the girl the window acted like I just called her a hateful name. Not only did she make it very clear she was talking badly about me to the staff in the back, she then lectures me at the window about not adding things retroactively. I understand that work is hard, but work is hard for everyone. You don't need to treat customers that way, it really isn't that difficult to be kind.

The young lady taking orders outside at the drive thru has a terrible attitude. I politely said that I wanted to drive forward to see the menu because I was not familiar with Zaxbys and she copt an attitude. She mumbled when I asked her a question. Spoke to people at the window and they were very nice and apologetic. Chicken fingers were dry and they only gave me one drink instead of the 2 that I paid for. Suggest you send order takers down the street to Chick-fil-A to learn maners before putting them on their own.

Horrible! No sauces even tho I paid for them. Fries and toast were burnt. Fries had extra seasoning and I put "seasoning on side" on my order. I was pissed and at work and couldn't take it back to the store. This is not the 1st bad experience with this location, and I will never be back.
