Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Had a great visit at Zaxbys off Columbia road for lunch. Was immediately greeted by the cashiers and our order was taken shortly after. Food was received very quickly. Tenders and fries were hot fresh and tasty, and the toast was made perfectly too. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Zaxbys as everything went smooth. Great location to visit.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad, lettuce was brown and slimy, chicken was hard and grissley, tasted old. I took a picture and tossed it in the trash.

I asked for a little extra ranch and they gave me ranch with a side of fries

These people are very bad at their jobs they had a rookie at the register all by himself . He was very confused and had to constantly ask questions to the people around him . Nekei or Nekel whatever his name was . The workers were not very helpful at all including the management . It took Nekel 10 minutes to complete one order . As well as the African American lady that was up front was very rude and disrespectful. This store is a waste of space and it will be my last time coming here . Apparently all of their cookies were hard so they offered to make new ones and would be a 20 minute wait i declined initially but then i returned to accept and pay for the cookies then all of a sudden the lady says we are no longer making cookies sorry . I hope this place closes down soon enough
