Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Is it just me or is paying $6 for 10 pieces of cheese bites crazy? Might as well just put it in a snack size ziplock bag instead of the box.

Curbside orders are not prioritized whatsoever. We waited 30 minutes for a simple order. I had to call the store for them to realize we were there I guess even though we made it clear both in the email and app. The food runner saw us several times as she was giving other people their food in the lanes next to us, so I’m not sure why she didn’t think to say something or handle it sooner. They didn’t even apologize or give an excuse for why they didn’t have it ready. They just said okay we’ll be out with your order. Okay fine whatever. Then when she came out with her food and joined the other food runner going back inside they had the nerve to laugh to each other. I just truly don’t understand where the disconnect is.

Took forever at the drive through. Finally drove around to go inside. There were 2 people inside. Ordered a SALAD, and STILL had to wait at least 25 minutes! No organization, and no leadership. The person behind me got their HOT food, before I got my salad. They’re all over the place in there. This is very unacceptable.

I’ve been eating Zaxbys since they had the shed size building on Walton way that’s long gone so their food and honey mustard haven’t changed a bit and that’s great. I prefer it over all other chicken places. Only issue I have with this Zax is the crazy long wait for food anytime we hit the drive thru. We got a small finger plate and a salad and with one car in front of us we waited 15 minutes and unfortunately were on a time crunch. The guy in front of us was there before we arrived and only got a small bag and was alone so who knows how long he waited in all. If we could just see what the delay is when you see four employees hanging out up front and it’s taking that long per small order, something needs tweaking. Obviously I’m not there for them, it’s the food and it was great as always.

Miss Wanda made our visit extra special. She went the extra mile and made sure we got hot food. Her genuine personality makes her even more great. My family and I frequent here so it’s nice when you get a smile from the drive thru attendants.
