Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I recently had an exceptional experience at this Zaxby's location thanks to Michael. From the moment I approached the window, he greeted me with a friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. He was incredibly efficient, taking my order accurately and ensuring that I had everything I needed. When I received my food, it was hot and fresh, just as I had hoped. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable, making it one of the best drive-through experiences I've had. I truly appreciate Michael's outstanding customer service, and I look forward to returning to Zaxby's soon!

I had asked for extra bacon and cheese and this is what I received smh. Employees now just don't take any pride in anything including work.

Every time I come here there is always an issue. Either being given someone else’s food or my order is wrong. Most most recent experience occurred last week. I ordered a four finger plate with coleslaw and large sweet tea. Upon getting back to work and going to lunch… I had three fingers, no fork for the coleslaw and unsweetened tea. I called and spoke to the manager. She told me she would put me in the computer for a replacement and to call ahead and it would be ready at the DRIVE THRU. Where I initially ordered. So I call and talk to someone there and they say to by to pick up the replacement. So I go through the drive thru and tell them who I am. I’m told I have to come inside to get the replacement. Defeats the whole purpose of the drive thru, in which the manager I spoke to said I could pick it up from there. The manager on duty wasn’t very friendly and was barking out orders to the staff. Something about not wanting to hear about breaks until the list was completed. Doing this in front of customers doesn’t show that your associates are treated with any respect. I will never patronize this location again and will make sure to tell others

Food was great. Service was decent. Why in the hell do they ask if it is for here or Togo. I said for here and gave them my name. When I sit down and my food is brought to me it is in a bag and my food is in Togo containers. Why ask the question if it does not matter either way because cashier is not paying attention

The lady taking my order was not paying attention. First, she ignored me until the manager came from the kitchen and took my order….then She was leaning on the counter behind the register as if she was too tired to stand up as she took my Cash ( then touch food with her very long nails without gloves or washing)…….. I had to repeat everything to her multiple times. She barely looked at me. 😳 I ordered my fries “crispy/well done” ( like I Always do at Zaxbys). The food came very fast - so fast that I knew the fries could not have been done. Sure enough they were limp and soggy! I showed her the receipt that said “well done” and asked her to send them back. When I got them, they were dripping grease and not cooked properly. It appeared that they stuck the old ones in the grease for a few seconds then put them back on the plate! Worst fries I ever had from Zaxby’s- grease sponges!!🧽 I agree with others as well about the very Small size of the strips. So small I thought for sure there were only 2! Had to search for the third which was not much bigger than a French fry!! Fingers were also so greasy I squeezed enough grease out to soak a napkin- NOT normal for Zaxby’s!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️by far one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had at Zaxby’s! And the server…. Needs a Nap- not a JOB!!!
