Your Pie Pizza

This is the first time I ordered one of the pastas and it was very good. I loved watching them put it together! We also got the 7 in build your own lunch specials. It was fantastic as well as the gelato that came with it. I can personally vouch for the salted caramel and the lemon blueberry. The people working were wonderful and had smiles for all of us!

Get the pizza you want in less time than the big box pizza shops. Pick whatever topping you want and after 5-10 minutes, you can have a 7, 10 or 14 inch personal pie delivered to your table with a drink for less than you would have thought. I got the 10 inch and it was enough to devour in one sitting without feeling stuffed or hungry for more.

I’ve patronized this business several times before, as recent as last night. However, I will never patronize this location again based on the interaction I just had with this location’s poor excuse for a “manager”, Grace. To save time and the sometimes inconvenience of traveling with my toddler, I called in his kid’s pizza meal for pickup like I always do so he can stay home. But to my surprise, the store associate told me I HAD to bring my child in-store to order a kid’s meal. I explained I’d never been advised of that before and asked to speak to a manager, in which she politely obliged. The pleasant exchange changed immediately when Grace got on the phone. As I was explaining the issue, she cut me off several times and later explained it was a “new” policy. When I asked how new, she refused to tell me until I pressed her further for the information, in which she finally advised this policy had been implemented a week ago. Because of her rudeness, I asked for the corporate number or number for her district manager—she initially refused to give the information then gave the excuse that she didn’t know that information and told me to look it up myself online. Grace needs to be trained/retrained on customer service, de-escalation and conflict resolution, and effective communication, or be removed from her position. In this economy where many small businesses are struggling to attract and maintain/grow their businesses, Grace is not doing Your Pie any favors running away a longtime paying customer. I will follow up with Corporate/executive leadership first thing in the morning and hope they do a better job responding to my complaint/inquiry than she did.

Logan welcomed me warmly from my first step in and he made me a delicious pizza quickly. I had a 10” BUILD YOUR OWN, and he was patient as I was thinking what I wanted AND he made excellent recommendations. I loved my pizza and I loved the employees there and I loved the chill atmosphere. Definitely my favorite spot for a quick adventurous pizza in a safe environment with large windows to stare at and think. I’m an introvert and found a hidden spot there tacked away facing a giant window. Pure heaven! I highly recommend.

We have eaten here over 10 times and it's always a wonderful experience! The cooks are always so nice and the restaurant is very clean. This is some of the best pizza and the salads are really big and filling. This place will not disappoint you!
