If I could give this place a negative zero I would. Upon completion of the assessment I’m informed the therapist assign to my child doesn’t work pass 3pm. Then the clerk says she has morning appointments available. When dealing with minors in school that’s unacceptable to not have a schedule that accommodates them on their free time after school. I was still charged a 150 dollars for absolutely nothing!! If you’re seeking a facility that accommodates minors school and parent schedules don’t waste your time. I paid the 150 without hesitation but honestly they were dead wrong! It was absolutely a waste of my time and money to tell me you assign my child to someone with limited hours. This place gets a negative zero respectfully.

Unprofessional. Paid for services, services were not going to be possible like the secretary suggested. I was instructed to dispute the charge through my bank... (how unprofessional) the bank denied... they still owe me 150$
