My baby Louie is testy when it comes to getting groomed. He had a groomer he loved but she’s no longer grooming. Friend referred us to Woofgang-Evans location. Louie had his first appt with Molly and I can’t tell you how happy I was! He was so adorable! She did an amazing job! I’m so thankful to have found a groomer like Molly! !!

I’m disappointment regarding a recent experience at your grooming location. My dog developed an irritated spot under her neck, which my veterinarian diagnosed as a clipper burn — their words, not mine. When I contacted the owner about the issue, I was met with immediate defensiveness. Instead of first reviewing the veterinarian’s notes and observing my dog’s condition, the groomer insisted that all their staff are experienced and that this could not have happened at their facility and how their waivers excludes them from responsibility. He went so far as to say, “We could cut a dog’s leg off and not be responsible,” which I found extremely unprofessional and alarming. He also stated that clipper burn was impossible because clipper guards were used, and that I should have brought my dog back to the groomer first rather than taking her to the vet. He continued to text me the next day claiming clipper burn cannot happen with guards. I expected more empathy and accountability from a company I’ve been loyal to for years. I truly loved and trusted this groomer, and I understand that accidents can happen. However, a little responsibility and empathy would have gone a long way instead of defensiveness and blame.

We absolutely love every one at Woof Gang in Evans! 🫶 Carla, Mallory, Molly and Michelle always do an amazing job with our pups. You can tell they don't just love animals, they care for them like their own! The front desk staff is always so kind, friendly, and helpful as well! We love coming to Woof Gang and so do our pups.
