I don't just throw five stars out there unless somebody went above and beyond. When God called Mom home, I felt privileged to have the director take charge to help my family navigate the confusion and despair. I don't know if there's any such thing as a "good funeral," but they made it clean and classic, just like I remember my mom. Special thanks my Aunt, Uncles, sisters, and the family for their contribution towards honoring Mom's wishes. I've already given instructions to my family for my services to be held at Williams Funeral Home. They have everything for any budget, from quick and basic, to very elaborately detailed. Thank you for walking us through the process.

Not sure who the light skinned gentleman was that answered the door. We traveled from Florida to review my uncle's body. We asked if we can could wait in their lobby and the answer was no. No empathy or sympathy towards love ones family waiting in their car in the cold. Don't select this funeral home. Unprofessional and not nice to family members.

I went to my best friend's brother's viewing and the guy was yelling from the hallway for everybody to hurry in and out and one stood right at the casket guarding. My best friend died and they stood there standing guard, watching you like a hawk, giving nobody any privacy to say goodbye. All I wanted was a minute to talk to my best friend and say goodbyes. I've never experienced that anywhere else.

The death of a loved one isn’t easy especially the death of a parent. Mr Dwayne and his staff went above and beyond to help me navigate through this process. I can’t thank you enough!
