I came into the store today with my toddler expecting to just look around to pass the time. Jennifer helped us while we were in there. She was very helpful and so sweet to my daughter. We ended up buying a few things and spending about 45 minutes in the store. My toddler has talked about the bird store all day. We really enjoyed our time in the store and will visit again!

Recently I took up bird feeding and watching, and thought this would be a great place to get some supplies. Specifically, I came in today looking for a bird bath. I was looking at the display model when all of the sudden, a large gray mutt came sauntering up to me! 😳 I'm assuming it belongs to the store. Folks, if you want to play "bring your mutt to work," that's fine, it's your business, literally. BUT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS LETTING IT APPROACH PEOPLE!!! 😡 Do you not realize, or do you not care, that there are people who are allergic and/or fearful of dogs? You lost a potential customer today. I bought my bird bath down the street at Carolina Pottery MUCH CHEAPER!

Thankful to have your WBU near me, its been 10 long yrs we did not have a WBU store near us. Your WBU Augusta have such great products and amazing, helpful caring customer service. We buy all our bird needs and home misc here. Win win 🐦

I was greeted when entering the clean and well organized store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable helping me with my questions on finding the correct pole and adapter for my newly acquired camera bird feeder. I've gotten cheaper birdseed from other stores but the bags were full of dust and filler the birds just toss. Not here though, their bird seed has always been clean and high quality. I definitely recommend this store for anyone wanting to attract birds to their yard.
