the food was okay I give it 6/10 . this been the first soul food I tried since I moved this way but their customer service is trash and the quantity of the food was VERY small for the prices my aunt had to complain to get another small size of rice . I spoke with the manager just giving a good review and let him know that the food taste okay but the quantity matters as well and he basically gave me a cold shoulder . also , they be on their phones ALOT and look at people crazy when we asking for service. so because of that I won’t be back because I was a customer service person before so I know how it works ! RUDE , NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

We came from the north augusta WS because we could not get in the parking lot. When we arrived at this location there were hardly any cars at all in parking lot. The moment we went through the door we quickly saw why. First thing we noticed was that it was warm in the rest. Felt like the ac was working, but not well. Next...the display case had not one product in it. Most of the other locations store their banana pudding there. We ordered 3 piece dark dinners. Chicken pieces were very small and completely overcooked and dry. The entire resteraunt atmosphere is a mere shadow of what it used to be. Whoever owns this establishment needs to invest some money onto the location to just make the inside comparable to the other locations. As it stands now, it reminded me of mom and pop locations you find I'm rural areas....and far from the superior footprint of the other WS locations. Won't be going back.

Very disappointed in the atmosphere. It was way too hot. I overheard employees complaining about the AC and makes sense why they had a bad attitude. I tried eating but it was way too hot and had to go. I been a customer for years and disappointed in what this company has turned to. I wish the owner understood his employees and customers. Also 60 MINS WAIT!!! Unbelievable.

The first thing I have to say is the food is absolutely delicious and the staff are amazing. They treat you like family when you walk in the door and always have a smile on their faces. The chicken fingers, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese and banana pudding are some of the dishes you definitely have to try. Let’s not forget you get a ton of food for your money. If you want to know what great Southern Fried chicken and more taste like you should definitely try this place out. I can’t say enough. They have always been amazing.

Paid $20 for a 4 piece fish with 3 sides, this is what they gave me! 3 piece with sides so small, will literally take 3 bites to finish
