We're blessed to say that we've never not been paid by a customer in over 28 years. Until we had a happy customer that the insurance deposited the repair check into her account instead of sending it to us, so she spent it and we lost about 9k in all. Ben and his team, finally found the customer as she moved often, and got her served not once but twice, with judgements. I appreciate their time, reasonable prices, and efforts!

Charged me $90 to serve one parent and 2 minor children, after driving 2 hrs the day I got the papers filed, then failed to serve papers 15 minutes down the road from their office and asked for a 30day turnaround on issues tht get a court date 14 days from filing....and still haven't gotten a affidavit for their failure to complete a simple service....would not recommend them at all complete scam. And even worse when I went and paid them like 4 5 kf them just having a powwow...no wonder they ask for 30days they're in absolutely no rush to speed up the judicial process but instead drag their feet knowing u will have to just come snd pay again to get subpoenas served Edit: since posting this review I got a call from a "sheriff's deputy" threatening me with civil litigation for defamatory comments. When contacting the sherrifs office I was called and told the number that called (which is the exact number that comes up when you click call on a Google search) was put thru a national database and comes up with no information and was associated with several scams. So now these guys unbeknownst to them called somebody the records all phone calls themselves and portrayed to be an officer of the law in an attempt to intimidate and bully me into removing my review, which explains why they're rating is so high, well guess what yall got the right one today to lie to cuz it was all recorded and I will be reporting to higher authorities if somebody doesn't correct the way they approached me snd tried me today. Other than tht sue me like yall threatened to do cuz I dont just lay down for yall I will speak my truth and gladly entertain ur lawsuit with a couple of my own

I can't say enough great things about Whitesell in Greenville SC. I've never had to hire a company like this before but am extremely glad I chose them. Leanne made the process seamless with the best possible outcome I could have asked for. I was kept updated constantly on the status and felt comfortable during the process. I can say that Leanne and her team went above and beyond for me to accomplish my service request. A++ all the way around, definitely recommend to anyone.

I am happy to leave my review! Whitesell Investgative Sevices is the best, I used their service in August 2024 and November 2024 to help with my son. We are trying to get visitation to see my grandson, and both times I have been nothing but pleased. Very professional, and keeps you up to date with what is going on with your case. If i ever need them in the future, i definitely will not hesitate to call. And i forgot to mention the staff is very professional as well, great customer service!! I would like to give an update. My son went to court on December 20th for his visitation, and everything worked out in his favor. He was able to get my grandson right after court, and he had him until after Christmas. And starting January 10th, he will get him every other weekend, from Friday until Sunday. And with him living in Virginia, the judge ordered the mother to meet him halfway, at a place she designated. He had the best Christmas to be able to have his son!! Thank you, Whitesell Investgative Sevices, for all your help!! And to think we did all this without a lawyer. I made sure all the paperwork was filed and all steps followed properly!!

It's been 7yrs searching for someone who was dodging the law. Went to Whitesell with a bit of doubt due to the other failures, but hung on to faith. From the first encounter, I knew I was in good hands. They cared about everything i said & I was assured that they had the tools to be successful. I am so grateful that they cared enough to succeed on my behalf & yes the individual was served. If you have not a clue on how to find someone Whitesell Investigative Services will help. They listen, they care & they are EXCELLENT at reassurance that they will do their best. I am so appreciative of what they did for me & how they didn't charge me for counseling 😂.
