I am so impressed with the immediate response I got when I let them know what a problem we were having with claims for damages to our home due to the hurricane. One person I needed to talk with was actually off today but he took the time to call me and is going to get to work on the problem when he comes back. This is the most stressful event I have ever been through but to know there are people willing to go to such measures to make this problem easier for us just warms my heart.
