We were incredibly fortunate to have found this daycare when they were building and have been part of the community for the past five years. From the very beginning, the staff made our daughter feel safe, loved, and encouraged every single day. It truly became a second home for her—and for us as parents, that peace of mind is priceless. The caregivers and teachers are not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely kind and nurturing. They took the time to understand our child as an individual and supported her growth emotionally, socially, and academically. The daily routines provided just the right balance of structure and play. We’ve watched our daughter blossom into a confident and compassionate little person, and we credit so much of that to her time here. Leaving after five wonderful years was truly bittersweet. This daycare has been a constant source of joy, support, and trust in our lives. We will always be grateful for the care and love they gave our daughter. Highly, highly recommend to any family looking for a warm and enriching environment for their little one!

Finding West Haven was truly a Godsend for me and my family. The facility is top tier and the staff are amazing people! I will forever be thankful for this preschool, because they protected and cared for one of my most priceless blessings, my baby girl. West Haven, my only complaint is that you stop at Pre-K! Oh how I wished you were an elementary school too! Thanks for everything, our experience has been beautiful.

This daycare truly goes above and beyond—their commitment to cleanliness is unmatched, one shining point is I believe this is the only daycare in the area with a special machine that disinfects toys! I appreciate how the entire facility is always spotless and well-organized. I’m impressed with how she integrates technology in thoughtful ways, keeping parents informed and kids safe with cameras and real-time updates. We love Westhaven and are so thankful for such a wonderful daycare! Every staff member and administrator is warm and caring. They know all of the children and the parents. The facility is secure, so clean and beautiful and they serve healthy, nourishing food to the children. The staff are constantly interacting with the children and teaching them new skills.

I was told by the Columbia County School Board that this center offered the 4K Pre-K program in my area. I made sure to call during Columbia County's open enrollment period—once in February and again on March 26th. Each time, I was told that enrollment would take place the week after the Masters Tournament. I went to the center during that time, only to find out that enrollment had already taken place on April 2nd and 3rd. I don’t mind missing the deadline as much as I mind how unhelpful the staff was. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even come to the door, and it was only after another parent pointed me out that the staff acknowledged I was waiting. No one apologized for the misinformation I was given. If you're looking for a center with great customer service, this is not it.Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. I hope you noted that I had to ring the bell more than once to be helped. While that’s concerning in itself, it still doesn’t justify the fact that I received incorrect information from your staff. Response: A customer should never have to jump through hoops to get accurate information about your business. I called on two separate occasions and was given the same incorrect details each time. That’s unacceptable. If you're going to look into it, the last call I made was on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 9:05 AM. I’d check the time of my earlier call as well, but quite frankly, that would require more energy than I’m willing to give. I've since found another school for my son to attend this fall. I strongly encourage you to make sure your staff is fully informed about your programs and policies. Your customers shouldn’t have to go on a scavenger hunt just to get proper answers.
