West Bank Inn

Stayed here while rolling through town, reviews seemed somewhat decent for a $109 a night hotel. The bed was in fact very comfy and we slept great but I was disappoint because there were roaches, a dirt bathroom and the room smelt like cigarettes (even though it’s advertised as a non smoking hotel).

It's was only one nice younger guy who was there that checed us in . The older man who over breakfast is very rude also for no reason . I booked for two days and paid 183 they lady at the front desk is also rude . I don't think theses ppl like black people or kids .

My brother and I stayed there for four days while visiting friends. Staff was great, the young lady at the front desk accommodated my request as a disabled vet. The room was on the first floor, cleaved everyday,. Cleaning lady was very kind and friendly. Well be staying there again soon. I recommend the place. Thank you guys. Will be asking for the same room number.

I have stayed at this location before and had no problems. Tonight a new male staff is refusing to give me a room. He is very rude. Lied and said no more rooms available. Then another person comes to get a room and he gives them a room. So I called back while sitting in the car and asked for rooms.. he said yes. So I said if I come back to the window will you give me a room. He then becomes upset and said I am disturbing him and I’m banging on a window and yelling at him and then hangs up the phone. I don’t know what is wrong with him but this is unacceptable behavior. Really no reason for him to act this way. Very disappointed in this place.

This small hotel was great. I have been here for 5 days on business. The manager gave me a great rate, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They cleaned my room every morning and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. I will stay here again.
