Wendy's

I've definitely had better experiences at Wendy's. I went at 1am, ordered my food from the drive thru, then waited TWENTY minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. I was the only customer. I heard the guy in the back say they were waiting on chicken so I expected that when they told me to pull up. After getting my food, the fries were HARD and HOT, like they were old and dropped in the fryer to "freshen them up". Not what I expected. Disappointed.

Would give zero stars if I could. Order a the Dave’s single.. Was given a burger with no lettuce. The patty was extremely small, butnt, and dried out. Also asked for extra pickles only got 1. Should’ve just made a burger at home like I intended in the first place. This place is not the same

Waited to order at the drive through almost 10 minutes. Pulled up to window for the them to take the order of the people behind me and tell me I had to pull back around and get behind the 5 other cars. Y’all can’t be ugly, overweight, AND rude. Pick two 😄

I'm not a fan of fast food, but I couldn't leave this place without making justice to the customer service which is something I appreciate and will observe every where I go. The cashier was friendly and patient with me forgetting the names of what I wanted to order, and she actually looked me in the eyes with a smile! But the floor greeter got all my stars. He is a special character friendly and devoted to do his job. He runs the floor making sure everybody feels taken care of and get what they need. The restaurant was decorated for mother's day which made more special! Great job for this one!

It's Wendy's so if you like Wendy's you'll like here. But what I really liked was that extra touch of the decorations for the holiday.
