I don't give it fewer stars because I can't. My husband has been fighting a claim since June since we rented a car in Puerto Rico and the deposit that they return for having delivered the car, the wells fargo does not want to return it to him. They ask for the papers but we do not have them complete, we are giving the confirmation number of the receipt that my husband made with the wellsfargo card and they do not want to accept it and the lady who responds from this office in peach orchard told my husband that he cannot transfer it with the claims staff because my husband is broken. What professional staff do that?

I am utterly disappointed with the customer service I received at the Wells Fargo branch. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of efficient banking services, which is why I took the proactive step of providing all requested business entity documents for my sub LLC and holding company via email prior to my visit. Despite this, upon my arrival from out of state, I was denied service because the branch suddenly requested proof of address. This requirement was not communicated beforehand and resulted in a significant waste of time and resources. Such inconsistency and lack of communication resulted in me missing my flight back home and reflects poorly on Wells Fargo's commitment to its customers. I expected better from a reputable financial institution. I strongly advise others to reconsider banking with Wells Fargo until they can ensure consistent and reliable customer service standards.

Actually, this was my 3rd visit, and I must admit that every visit has been exceptional. The friendly atmosphere begins at the front door, greetings from all directions. My first visit was with Angela, who displayed the warmest of salutations. Angela remained professional and helpful throughout my appointment. Today, I had the opportunity to witness the same warmth, professional, and pleasant experience with Kimberli. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that to be part of this team, you must have those optimal qualities of making customers feel comfortable and at ease! Thanks Again Debra Cooper

They just DO NOT WANT ANY NEW ACCOUNTS at all here. They let the employees take their sweet time with everything! Bank of America, even during the Pandemic was faster than this! Employees don't care how they treat anyone, they act like those ppl on the phone who are quick to an attitude....BUT IN PERSON! And NO please don't respond and ask me to reply with all my info because obviously you WONT EVEN CARE TO CHANGE ANYTHING. Let's all skip to the end...employees please start finding other jobs because, when Management can't even CONTAIN those attitudes...it shows that this branch will be closing in the near future. And if it's not....WOW...steer clear anyway everyone. Just another location on Peach Orchard where all you'll get are attitudes! If you want to know HOW I'm telling you the truth. This WORLD RENOWNED BANK that has also been at this location for YEARS.......only has 40 Reviews on Google! A mom and pop shop has more stars than this place! Which shows you EXACTLY how much they DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! Go to another Wells Fargo, these people will only serve to get tou angry. And your Banking Institution should not be the one to get anyone angry. Happy job hunting!...I mean I won't hire you...but have fun doing the bare minimum!

Terrible customer care I went in with my son to start him a bank account there was nobody at the counter and the lady made him wait 40 minutes and then said she did not have time to start him an account with an attitude it's also been about 6 weeks he has been trying to get a debit card from them! He had to get a stranger to pay his baggage fees in the airport because they wouldn't take cash
