As a customer I did not know that customers have NO RESTROOMS. Take that business elsewhere. Thank heavens for Krogers. What has customer service and customer focus organizational strategy has come to? Interactions are loud and not private, so some of the tellers are not keen about whispering. Cynthia at client services is the only reason why I gave them a 5 star. Without her they are a 2.

I have never been treated this poorly at any financial institution. Vendena (check spelling) is very rude and gives out false information. She also refused to give me access to my funds. This should be illegal. Looking at the other reviews here it seems to be a recurring problem with her that has clearly not been addressed. This is the second negative review I have ever posted. I will be closing my account of 20 years after this experience. That was her advise after our interaction. Great representation Wells Fargo!

Since I mostly use online banking and use the ATM to get cash, I rarely walk into a brick and mortar bank. However, anytime I've needed assistance, the tellers in this location have been very friendly and efficient. There's rarely a long wait.

EDITED - See end I have not been to the Aiken branch but, as a company, Wells Fargo is a horrible company with absolutely ZERO customer service. Rarely have I been more frustrated in dealing with a company. You would think a bank would value their customers more but not Wells Fargo. Do not do business with Wells Fargo bank at all - banks, credit cards, anything.... EDIT: After posting the comment, Wells Fargo reached out and after talking to a couple people who still wouldn't help, I ended up speaking with someone in the Research and Remediation team. He was extremely helpful to my situation and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. He was certainly 4.5 stars. So we will meet in the middle. Thank you!
