If you are anything like me, you dread spending money with home services companies. The dread comes from lack of communication, lack of attention to detail, and feeling cheated in the end. I had the absolute opposite experience with this company. From the very beginning, they communicated very well with me and made sure to let me know when they were on the way, when they had arrived, when they finished up and so on. On the day of installation of my Christmas lights, it started to rain unexpectedly, but the team did not just pack up and leave, they stayed and made sure that everything was exactly the way it should be. Several weeks went by and our area experienced heavy rain and wind causing a strand of my lights to pull off the house. I simply called the office and within two hours a gentleman was at my house to repair the lights and put them back up. This is world class customer service. I have always been to do it yourself kind of guy and have been proud of my ability to do things like hanging Christmas lights, but due to the customer service, time savings, finished product, and value, I will continue to use this company every year for Christmas lights.
