They made a cold call to my husband who is elderly and ill. I don't know how they got his number. Maybe it was a wrong number but the person who talked to him did not explain why she thought he was related to "Courtney." I tried calling them back to talk to "Pam" but she did not return my call. We are old and ill here, we do not need this aggravation.

Wanda Grandle has taken care of every need. She introduced me to Allstate’s milewise program which has saved me a lot in auto premiums. I highly recommend her and her team.

Stopped by on March 12, provided copies of the declaration pages of our home and auto policies along with contact information. They never called back or communicated in any way shape or form. The overall atmosphere was like walking into someone's house. While working with one employee another walked to the kitchen, didn't even acknowledge a potential customer. Anyway, no big deal; we found what we were looking for elsewhere (State Farm agency down the road).

Recently I had to file a claim with my Allstate Agent Wanda Grandle. Someone had needlessly vandalized my truck. I called Ms. Grandle's office to notify her of the incident. I spoke with Tracy regarding my experience. She was extremely helpful by directing me to the website to report the incident. Unfortunately, the situation did not go as smoothly as I would have expected. I called the agency back and spoke with Tim. Tim another employee at Ms. Grandle's agency, who was also extremely helpful, called Allstate and spoke to them again. We were hoping everything would work out. Unfortunately, once again I had issues with the computer system. Things were spiraling out control. Tracy answered the phone at the Agency when I called again. I explained the problem to her. She asked to put me on hold. I assume she called someone at Allstate. Tracy came back on the line rather quickly. She told me that if I had not heard from Allstate in about five to six days and had not received my check in about two weeks to call here back. I can't say what magic Tracy pulled. I will sat that I THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH. And my thanks goes to you, Tim. Wanda, you got one great team. Boz!
