I recently moved in to Walton Green 2 bedroom apt in downtown Augusta, GA, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The building is beautifully maintained, and the location is perfect - close to all the best restaurants and attractions that downtown Augusta has to offer! The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light, and high quality finishes. The amenities are fantastic, including a well-equipped fitness center. The management team is friendly and responsive. Overall, this place has exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in downtown Augusta. 😀

I had a great experience with them I went in to do my application and everyone I mean everyone was nice and welcoming very and I haven’t gotten in yet but i know that this place will be great for me and my kids being that it will be the first place we ever move into and I’m excited to be here so much it’s very quiet the places are beautiful staff is friendly make me feel like I’m going to be very comfortable love the way it’s gated. Really hope I get to move in I will be praising Jesus

I would recommend this place to the elderly and family it’s very nice out here the neighbors are very nice and friendly and if you need something they are not afraid to help out. The staff here is very excellent if you need anything they don’t hesitate to help you and get you what you need. Y is excellent it will get done the same day he comes and it won’t be a waiting game on them to come and fix anything you need in your place
