Yesterday I made a delivery order. I had a decent amount of items including NyQuil (which has to be signed for) for my husband because he is sick. My order was suppose to be delivered between 5-7pm however they came around 3:40pm when I was picking up my oldest from school and when I tried to call the shopper to let them know since they were early I would be back home in 10 minutes but they did not answer so I left a voicemail and tried to call again. They answered and then hung up. 5 minutes later I got a notification that they had to go back to the store because they couldn’t make the delivery. I tried to use the chat option to reschedule the delivery order which was absolutely no help. I tried calling customer service both corporate and the local store as well as the delivery numbers which NO one answered. I sat on the phone for 10 minutes each waiting for someone to answer which no one ever did. Then I got a notification my groceries were changed to pickup. My husband then had to go to Walmart to get them when he got off of work at 8:00pm and when he got home I was going through the items and noticed several items missing. I was missing 3 gallons of milk, 1 box of French toast sticks, 1 bottle of NyQuil, 1 box of cheese-it’s, 1 box of variety chips, 3 packs of chicken tenderloins, and a container of orange juice. Please understand your delivery/pickup shoppers fail so consistently it is considered common for them to leave out an item or two. However, I have never had them forget several, SEVERAL of my groceries. I was refunded an amount of money for only 5 of the items which is ludicrous. I tried to use to reorder the missing items only to find out the amount of money returned to me is roughly $35 short of the original amount I paid to get the items. I went to do another return for the other items they didn’t refund and then they said I had to bring the items up there to get a refund. Please explain to me how I’m suppose to bring items I don’t have???? I’m ...

The receipt reviewers at the front really need to be trained better. After self checkout, they asked to see my receipt for windshield wipers and 3 gallons of water. The items weren't bagged because they don't fit in bags. I had to get my phone out (receipt paper can't be recycled so I get online receipts whenever possible) and loaded today's receipt. The Walmart app loads a view that only fills about half the screen, so it's quite small. I show it, and they say "okay". I said "you can read that??" They said "well you showed a receipt". So I could have shown literally any receipt and it wouldn't have mattered. Why waste my time when they aren't even going to check for the actual items?? Since I already spent the time getting the receipt out, I insisted they actually check for the items. IF YOU CAN'T TRUST ME TO DO AN EMPLOYEES JOB, DON'T HAVE SELF CHECKOUT I have been a cashier before. I have shopped at this location once or more times a week for a year. If they can't trust me to have paid for 36 dollars worth of items just because they weren't in a bag, then they shouldn't have self checkout. Let's get rid of plastic bags too while we're at it

Very clean store employees are very nice and friendly professional always courteous. The store is completely organized. I have no problem finding what you need. Walmart has completely turned around compared to what they used to be 10 years ago. I would say the Walmart shopping experience is extremely better. I barely use Amazon anymore because walmart.com subscription is just phenomenal. You get somebody bonuses and benefits with it I can’t say enough good things about Walmart anymore.

How is it that every time I come in here, the produce is always rotten? I'm not understanding this. I'm just disappointed really. The bathrooms are horrible, store is dirty and the fresh food goes bad sooner than you can cook it. Plus the whole chicken be drier than a dryer sheet fresh out of the dryer. Egads. The upside is that the pharmacy is great!

My recent visit to Walmart left me with mixed feelings. The first thing that struck me was the immense size of the store, which was quite impressive. However, it was apparent that the store's maintenance had been overlooked. The parking lot was littered with shopping carts, which didn't provide the best first impression. Unfortunately, during my visit, I also witnessed an individual attempting to steal items, which was concerning. This raised questions about the store's security measures and vigilance. Navigating the store was a bit challenging due to its unique layout that deviated from the usual Walmart setup. This made it difficult to find the items I needed and added a layer of frustration to the shopping experience. In conclusion, while Walmart's extensive space was noteworthy, my visit was marred by the neglected store upkeep, the presence of shopping carts scattered in the parking lot, and the unsettling incident of theft. The atypical store arrangement also made it harder to locate items. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory experience.
