In this area my expectations are not too high, ever..But to my surprise this time the storm was clean, organized, and had everything I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it didn't take forever to get back to the car. This location is coming up, and it is most definitely for the best..

I went into the Deans Bridge to pickup my prescriptions and a few items. As I entered, two ladies of Walmart was standing near the front. I wanted Cinnamon oil and wanted to find H13 isle. A guy came up and was discussing work schedule with one of the ladies, which I apologized to her for bothering her on her time off. Elijah, store manager, was the rudest, smart aleck. I ash him for assistance and he stated it was an online item only. He offered no further assistance. I went over to another employee and she walked me straight to the product. Elijah, in my opinion, has zero customer service skills or people skills. I can’t imagine he has the ability to train anyone in customer service.

I went to the deans bridge location to buy a self propelled gas push mower. I pulled up and parked by the lawn and garden section but I could not enter there. There was a large selection of mowers to choose from. I go inside I cannot find anybody to help me then I was told to go to customer service so they can pay somebody. Still nobody showed I finally talked with somebody and they told me that they had not opened up that lawn and garden section since covid. She pointed me to a section and said that the mowers are on that aisle. In a box. I cannot find the one I wanted a game was told I cannot go out where the other mowers were because they had not opened up that section yet. I had $400 cash in my pocket ready to buy and I had to take my business elsewhere. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. You should learn a lesson from this

The store is great! I ALWAYS GIVE MYSELF EXCELLENT SERVICE. I MAKE MY OWN LIST, SHOP FOR THE ITEMS, CHECK MYSELF OUT AT A REGISTER AND SMILE REALLY BIG SO I NOW I'M GIVING MYSELF A NICE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. RECEIPT IN HAND I EXIT THE STORE AND LOAD MY ITEMS INTO MY CAR. SO SATISFYING. I SHOULD HIGHER ME AS A PERSONAL SHOPPER. I THINK I'LL COME BACK AGAIN MY SERVICE WAS SO GOOD. I DO APPRECIATE THE ELVES THAT STOCK THE MIDNIGHT SHELVES FOR EACH OF MY VISITS. NOW IF THEY COULD EVER MAKE BREAKFAST A TWO EGG EXPERIENCE I WOULD BE OVER JOYED.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Had some very polite staff at the front end, however we waited 45 minutes for someone to unlock a vacuum, someone paged twice and asked several associates with no luck until we left. If you need something that needs to be unlocked you’d have a better chance ordering it online
