If you’re going to put something in the wrong spot, and I buy it, give it to me for the price it’s advertised as because I bought command strips, a 12 pack on the rack for $3.87 and when I went to go check out they rung up as $9.28. I went to the customer service for the price correction. I showed them where is was marked wrong, and they refused to give it to me. They called the so called “supervisor” and she was rude as hell. I asked for the refund in cash, but they refused. As someone who works in customer service I don’t agree that the customer is always right but in this case how is it my fault that one of your employees put the merchandise in the wrong spot?…

This Walmart needs to close, 30 minutes before the store close and all registers are down but one with all these people waiting to check out, I have a disabled child who can’t stand for long and it’s now been 20 minutes waiting on this line while Walmart employees stand around Looking at everyone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It is now 10:35 and all registers are closed. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with Walmarts services & I will be calling tomorrow morning during business hours to make a complaint.

My overall experience with this store was acceptable. I was satisfied with the level of experience that I had. Everything was fine until I got to check out and was assisted by the rudest cashier ever experienced in my 77 years of life. I started loading my items on the counter as she was taking to another employee. I wasn't greeted. I asked her to advance the belt so that I could finish putting my items on the counter. She told me come around and put my items on the counter close to her and continued her conversation. I didn't comply and stood there until she advanced the belt, about 2 minutes. I didn't get her name because her tag was backwards. When she finished ringing up my order, the total was not on the screen but she insisted that it was. She said just pay. I said how much, she turned the screen to her made some adjustments and mumbled the price to me l asked her to speak L louder because I hearing ImpaIred. She then wrote it down. I never showed me the screen. I reported her to the front end manager that advised me to contact walmart.com

Walmart used to be the place to go, this store has lost everything Walmart was about. No customer service, employee's not wanting to help customers , it's not my job attitude. Everything is locked up behind glass so you need an associate to assist. Your not going to get one unless you go through ten people, call the store, and hope that someone can get someone to help you. I wish it were better. Hire me to teach what customer service is all about, I'll work under contract and go store to store teaching the employees how to become better at not only their jobs, but communication, responsibility, devotion, and better citizens. I dare you.

This rating is because of three employees that assisted…. Yes, mistakes happen… At this Walmart as with all Walmarts it was extremely busy when my brother’s prescription was accidentally left behind in the buggy. We called the Walmart and we were told by customer service that it was found and they had it at the customer service desk. When we arrived to pick it up an overwhelmed cashier told us that she looked and could not find it… assuming it was moved to pharmacy we asked a staff member that was getting off work if it was there. Jada immediately went beyond the “call of duty” and went into customer service and looked herself, then made contact with the MOD and lastly with loss prevention, where Crystal got involved to make contact with the person who would have given us the direction to come to customer service… so between Jada, Crystal and the MOD(sorry I did not record her name) they were able to find the out of sight medication… they didn’t give up. Thank you ladies, Jada whom was off the clock showing compassion and extra effort, Crystal whom was in the middle of a loss prevention task and the extremely busy MOD for supporting us with this very important “mission”…
