Walmart Supercenter

Delivery service from this store continues to sink. 14 items from my order were missing yesterday. It’s more common for them to get it wrong than to get it right. Cold items are warm. Cancelled membership. Just not worth the hassle. Now I have to go get what they didn’t deliver, which was the point of online ordering.

Decided to try out Walmart’s membership for a free 30 day trial. I was having groceries delivered to me, which was great the first two times. This last time, it was supposed to arrive at 9:30 and by 1045, I hadn’t heard anything from anybody. When I called they said there was nobody to deliver the groceries that it would go out first thing in the morning. It did not. Called around 10 o’clock and someone said it was being prepared and next on the list. When I got off of work at 3:50, it still had not been delivered. Said it went to a third-party. So I’ve canceled my free trial membership and will never consider joining. Still debating on whether or not to use pick up or delivery of groceries again. Sorry customer service when I called each time. Not posting pictures here because of privacy reasons, but I have plenty to share of how my groceries were held for over 18 hrs

I used to love comming to Walmart. However walmart has had a turn town in the last few years. IT Has been become more dirty and customer service has severely decreased. Employees are on their phones in every department to family and freinds . Scrolling thru Facebook and watching Reels then getting annoyed if asked for assistance. They do get paid by the hour so this how they work. The online order shoppers literally do not look at dates for the items nor quality of the produce. People work for their money hard and this is the what they get. WALMART DO BETTER. Other store like Puplix , Krogers, costco, Sam's , Aldis none of their employees are on their cell phones while at work. Walmart truly has turned into the Ghetto.

No stars for the automotive department or Walmart in general. I tried to call the store from 10:50 until after 12, not one person would answer in any department but pharmacy. I tried them all let the phone ring and ring them they would hang up on me. I ordered tires online for my mother in law and they kept cancelling my installation saying textures were delayed. I got a message this morning g saying my tires had finally come in. That’s why I was calling to see when they could be put on . I was told to come in at 3, do we got there at 1:45 then the young lady running the register said “ well you will have to pay for the installation because your appointment was cancelled”, I then told her what the manager of automotive told me , come in at 3. She said we can’t do anything until you pay for installation “, long story short they then told us after almost two hours that the lug nuts were cross threaded and swollen so we would have to go somewhere else to get that fixed and come back another time! No not happening I went over to Mavis , they rock by the way , they said nothing was wrong with the lug nuts so back to Walmart, they were ticked off because we came back so quick you could tell they were very mad and made me wait 15 minutes before they would even put the car back in the computer. Well that was 3, we didn’t leave until almost 6:30 said car was done but no one gave us any keys, then my paper said that I owed 40 for installation they didn’t even want to give me the paper work but I refused to leave with out it. I asked d as Monday long fir the overall store manager not one soul would ever get them for me. I will not be doing anymore business with either Walmart in Aiken, I’ve had bad experiences with both but this takes the cake!!!!!!! Not one star as you can see from the pictures Mavis had no problem with any of the lug nuts.

I really like this Walmart. They always have tons of new release books available and even special edition books now which is super nice especially since we don't have a Barnes & Noble close by. It is frustrating to see the lines get long with so many employees... They basically depend on self checkout but then they complain about theft... Well, open more registers and you could combat this and people wouldn't be standing around twiddling their thumbs! The store could be cleaner... But I understand it's hard to keep it clean 100% of the time with so many customers. I suggest going early in the morning or later in the evening between 9-11 pm so you don't have to wait in those long lines. They have great sales sometimes - we got this dresser type shelf for my daughters room and it was originally $150 marked down to $48 which was fantastic bc it never should have been $150 for the quality it is, although it's holding up quite nice and was relatively easy to put together. I 100% recommend going to the Walmart on Richland Avenue over the one on Whiskey due to the fact that the Whiskey Road location is always dirty, books are hardly restocked and they don't have near the selection that Richland Avenue has. Employees are nice enough but most seem to hate the fact they are there to work and make money but that's what this generation has become unfortunately.
