Walmart Neighborhood Market

I’m not sure why at 5pm on a week day only 5 self checkout stands are open, doesn’t make much sense. On top of being busy multiple customers including myself had issues with the card reader. I get if one machine is an issue but 3 or more and myself and one other customer had to use other cards bc it wouldn’t process, not sure why Walmart doesn’t have tap to pay like every other retailer. As big of a company that Walmart is you would think they would run better.

This is my favorite store to shop at. It’s close to my home and it has everything I need for my grocery items. The experience I had yesterday made me very uneasy . I was shopping with my 13 year old and we go to the self checkout. She said that she wanted to scan the items. We had pretty big items such as water and juice, then eggs and paper plates. I gave her the hand held to scan while she was doing that I was starting to bag the smaller things items. At that moment I turned around and the worker that is working the self checkout out came stand directly behind my buggy and was looking at her electronic device which I assume that shows what all is being rung up. I said to her, “hi can I help you?” She said “ I’m looking at my device, you continue doing what your doing, none of your business here” I didn’t react because I am not going to do that in front of my 13 year, I’m all about setting examples. I paid for my items, and I checked the receipt right in front of her to be sure I paid for my items, I am an honest person and I have been raised to keep my side of the streets clean. If you don’t trust your patrons to ring up their selected items then bring back registers, open for more payroll to pay for associates to do the job they are being paid for.

There is also 2 Boys and pizza,next to it the Food is fantastic, it served Beer and WEIN,but alle Dishes are prepend fresh,some I don't know ,but my usely is a Greekl small and a pizza,but I n a party of 22 on Tuesday and all orderd different it got my Horizon in food liftet I have been going there ,since they where on W ,road. But I think any one who LIKED IT THERE.WILL LOVED IN THE NEW LOCA.

Customer Service counter not open or able to be staffed at 6pm on a Monday. Unable to return a just purchased spoiled item. Poorly staffed and I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under those circumstances.

Can't get help unlocking case's to get trimmer ask two people and have been there twice in a week no help
