The wait can be long at times but the pharmacy crew is very nice especially the tech with the glasses she had a great attitude and genuine customer service I hope she doesn’t get ran off because of the lack of help. Certain cashiers up front will leave you standing there before even acknowledging you and then act as if you should be greatf they finally came to check you out just rude and unprofessional. The pharmacy tech and pharmacy staff are the only reason for the 4 star the lack of service up front is why I did not give it 5 stars.

I realize they are short staffed but I must add they are always so kind and honestly go out of their way to assist their patients. I work in the medical field myself and it has been such a struggle since Covid to retain employees. Thank you for all that you do Walgreens in Aiken, S.C. 🙏🏻

This review is for the wonderful tech who wears glasses & works in the Pharmacy department her name is Mrs.Angie B. Anytime I come inside the store or Drive-thru she is always pleasant, patient, and kind. Great customer service skills and an even better effective communicator. I don’t mind the wait if I’m going to be serve with great service. Thank you for all that you do😊 and for always being respectful as you do your job! You definitely stand out ⭐️

Waiting 25 minutes at the drive through with one person ahead of me is not a reasonable response time. Once we were at the window we waited 15 minutes. The person who waited on us was cordial.

Absolutely horrible! Never has prescriptions ready when you do it on the app or called in. I have to make multiple trips to get all the meds. Was with them for a yr. Bye Bye 👋 time for a real pharmacy.
