Waffle House

The food was AMAZING. My servers were fabulous!!! Management was the rudest I have ever seen. I understand being busy, however, screaming at your staff and rushing them does nothing. The cook was cooking the fastest he could, and they kept rushing everything. Management kept telling them to make food they already made which then made management mad because there were 2 of stuff. Complaining that there aren’t clean dishes when you keep yelling at the staff to do other things, I did not enjoy the atmosphere. I couldn’t even hear my husband over them screaming at their staff. HORRIBLE!!!

We really like waffle house. I. Our trips to the states they are a solid point an the agenda. And then we went to the waffle house in Grovetown. Which was the best waffle house we have been till now. Great service, quality food, clean, tidy and not at all ragged down. My wife wanted raisin toast. But it was not on the menu. When ordering I told the polite lady that my wife takes a waffle, because there is no raisin toast. "Of course we serve raisin toast, sweetie" was the answer. Thank you for the great experience. Can't wait to go there again.

I typically go to this WH around 1am - 4am... Service can be slow sometimes but staff is friendly enough. I went this morning had the displeasure of pulling a long dark piece of hair out of mouth. It took everything in me not to throw up on the spot. I didn't even mention it to the sole employee inside the establishment. I finished my coffee and left. Please yall.... consider wearing hairnets! It'll be a while before I find the courage to eat out again.

We love the ladies there that serve us most of the time we go.

The service was quick, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and neat. But the blueberry waffle was the worst waffle I've ever eaten. The outside was ALMOST crisp while the inside was gummy and incompletely cooked. If I would have had time to send it back, I would have. I should have. My stomach was uneasy for an hour after eating it.
