The ladies were great. I felt so relaxed with them. Their energy was AMAZING. I moved around a lot, and when I go into places that makes me feel like they know me, like their happy I walked in makes me proud being from NYC. THANK YOU LADIES FOR THE WELCOME. The cheese grits were delicious cooked not hard.

They always forget everything you order the cook is never good.. don’t go here… shut it down… they charge you and then don’t give you what you order!!, everytime i order an egg on my acerbic they forget but charge me for it

Wasn’t able to give any good reviews due to not being able to come in and sit down to enjoy my food. Was told get it to go. I don’t want to get food to go when I am out of town and working. So we won’t be eating Waffle House any more till they open there dinning room up.

Food was great but had to ask several different people for things we needed for our food. Grits weren't cooked fully. They were rushed. They were just trying to get the ticket out. Only saying grace was everyone kept checking in

I frequent this restaurant every Saturday either alone or with my children. Service is normally top-tier and the food is great. I normally visit because the kindness of the staff that works there today was different. I ordered a to go order and was there with my kids I normally Order the same thing as I did today a new face Miss Carmela took my order I normally order a one breakfast meal with an egg grits 2 strips of bacon. Miss Carmella wanted to get me to upgrade to a bigger meal. I didn’t want to because of the portion size after placing my order and paying for it I got my receipt back and noticed that I have been overcharged. I brought it to her attention. She went and got a manager, Miss Becky , who is normally very nice when I frequent wanted to stand and have a 10 minute conversation about the differences between the kids meal and the adult meal and if the the kids meal was for me my policy, I can’t order it because I’m not 12 and under. I told her I have my kids with me. You really don’t know if I’m ordering it for one of my children or myself and if I wanted to order a kids meal, I should be able to miss Becky reminded me of what the Waffle House policy stated she gave me a refund of where I was overcharged. Waited another 15 minutes for my food got my order got in my car got down the road and realized they left out a portion of my order. I have to turn around go get the rest of my order. I spent almost 45 minutes in this restaurant Trying to get my order corrected having a conversation about waffle House policy on the kids meal and got overcharged. I had three plates And only one set of silverware still have not eaten my food and I was coldI have been coming to this location frequently every Saturday for the last 2 to 3 months. Today was my last day visiting.
