Hello Beautiful People! I had an issue with my socket being burnt out from a space heater. Mr. Patrick came over and blew my mind with his great customer service and expertise on the issue. He solved the issue quickly and restored power back to my bedrooms. I am so grateful for this team and will always refer them to friends, family, co-workers, strangers, etc. Peace and Blessings All !

The tech that came out was on time and super friendly. Although the work we need done wasn't a great fit for the services Voltz provides, I would still recommend them based on the knowledge, patience, and kindness displayed throughout our appointment.

Based on online reviews, I decided to hire Voltz Electrical, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. On December 16, 2024, an electrician came to my building to address HVAC and electrical issues. He spent an hour and a half troubleshooting the HVAC problem, which was resolved by tightening a loose terminal holding the wire. For this, Voltz charged $150 (at $100/hour for troubleshooting). Afterward, they informed me that inspecting the building for electrical issues would cost an additional $200, with further charges for any necessary repairs. At this point, I realized the company was likely trying to overcharge me, so I asked the electrician to stop work. I paid $150 for the service rendered but decided not to proceed further. Other companies typically don’t charge this much, and I would not hire Voltz Electrical again. When I called the owner to explain why I halted their service, they responded rudely, insisting that their pricing policy is standard. I strongly advise against hiring this electrical company. Despite leaving multiple messages and making follow-up calls, I did not receive a response as promised. When we finally connected this morning, I understood you were managing a high volume of emails, but I had to follow up again to ensure the invoice was addressed. To clarify, I have not attempted to negotiate a price reduction. My only request was for the technician to stop the work while I ensured everything was in order. I paid the full amount requested without any dispute. For proof that you are overcharging, I spoke with a friend in Augusta who mentioned that they have used your service before and agreed that your pricing seems excessive. I ...

Patrick was a great ambassador for Voltz. He called before he came, he explained everything he did and explained why things had to be done a certain way. He handled the situation quickly, efficiently and cleanly. I will use Voltz in the future based on this experience.

I called and asked him if we could get an estimate set up for something and he said: "no, not right now.". I said "in the future?". he said, "no, we're pretty busy.". I said "are you guys just not doing business right now?". he said "i don't want to waste either of our time.". They need a receptionist or something. That was the least helpful conversation I've had in a long time.
