I have been made pain free, from my knees years ago and just now my hips and right shoulder. I would and have told many people of this place and their skills and also their kindness. This is the place to go for joint pains. I can't thank them enough

As a neuropathy sufferer, I went hoping to find sustainable relief. I underwent a number of tests and it was determined my condition was treatable. That was good news but it was short lived relief. I was informed that to proceed I needed to commit to spend $3k and it was not covered by any insurance. I did not proceed and after numerous visits with a variety of specialist physicians, I know know peripheral neuropathy is NOT reversible as Vitality claims. Do not fall for their claims.

I started June 15, 2022 and ended July 25, 2022 I came for Carpal injections. The first one was successful June 15, 2022. The second one July 7, 2022 the Nurse Practitioner hit a nerve and I have been suffering severe pains in my hand since then. I came in today July 25, 2022 and was RUDELY spoken to by the NURSE PRACTITIONER WHO TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT DO ANY THING FOR ME BECAUSE I COMPLAINED AND WAS SENDING ME TO PAIN MANAGEMENT. Honestly most of the staff there is not friendly and definitely not PROFESSIONAL!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Please help me talk to a real DOCTOR AND OFFICE MANAGER !!!! Very dissatisfied patient!!!!!!!!

This place IS a scam. My experience was so horrific , I will just say, my neurologist said he has never heard anything good about them. One veteran friend over 65 was charged over $1000.00 for equipment that Medicare paid for, for me. Worthless equipment, by the way. Did they chg Medicare as well. Probably.

Did nerve blocks in feet for neuropathy. Signed contract that said injections were 1500.00. Dealing with insurance i was told Viatality charged my insurance 1260.00 twice weekly for 5 weeks. I called to discuss and was told the $1500.00 fee was for no insurance and a cash payment. I tried to understand and go over the bill but was rudely ask if i choose the cash price of $1500.00 did I have the cash to pay...I was told the $1260.00 was what my insurance covered and allowed for each injection....I'm still confused how a $1500.00 nerve block was billed to insurance and Viatality receive that kind of money from my insurance......I will continue to investigate. Call to get copy of contract and was either put on hold or told person was out of office or on vacation.....Really!!!
