If this store is getting a high ranking of 5 stars, it is because of its reputation due to the optimal quality of customer service. I would like to highly praise Mr Cheyenne McKinney who goes above and beyond to ensure his customers’ full satisfaction. He is a great asset to the Verizon community. He has the skills of a professional customer service representative. He is patient and knowledgeable about his work. He is willing to explain your bill in details and in easy steps show you how to invest in great perks offered with less money compared to other companies. Cheyenne actually encourages customers to seize opportunities to seek better family plans to help you pay less for more and better services. He is truly brilliant and guide you to read and understand your bill right. We have visited several Verizon stores but no services is compared to Cheyenne. We have heard the same from several family and friends who say, “go ask for Cheyenne!”. We found this true! He makes us come back to the stores he is serving just because of his exceptional customer service and genuine support that he is always willing to give. He is no doubt passionate about his work! No one time we left the store without a smile on our face. Thank you Cheyenne for a great job always well done! We are much obliged! Please give Cheyenne a raise or bonus:)

The employees and staff were very friendly and eager to help. They did not have the item I was looking for in stock, but that was due to a Verizon Wireless website error. I did find out that this is a Franchise Verizon Wireless Store and not a Corporate Verizon Wireless store (like the one on Robert C. Daniel Jr Pkwy & the one in Evans off of Washington Road). Overall great experience and they are one of only a few Verizon stores that are open until 8 PM in the CSRA. I can say they did not have much inventory to choose from as far as cases and different phones go. That may be something they need to improve on in the future.

Omg look what god did took care of me and help me out tremendously!! Daniel didn’t ask any questions was patient with me and did his best to get me what I needed!! 100000000% hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had if I could leave a tip I would!!!!!

They charged me a non-fundable data transfer fee that went undisclosed until I paid for it. A data transfer I requested to do myself since it’s just a click of a button for most phones. The transfer itself went horrible as I sat in the store for two hours as the rep helped other customers and did not realize my phone wasn’t transferring. After checking it myself and realizing their mistake, the transfer completed in a matter of minutes. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
