Beautiful facility but alas poor training. Rushed dressage methods such as “crank and kick” left my horse lame stressed and in need of rehab.

Magnificent horses, a beautiful, immaculate maintained facility, and an absolutely wonderful team. The meticulous, individualized detail involving each horses care is top and second to none. Darrell and Melissa are outstanding. Their holistic philosophy toward equine well being is their top priority. I observed Darrell’s massage techniques and his skills as a Reiki Master on a number of horses, including my own. World class! I feel privileged and honored to have gotten to know such talented and skilled equestrian professionals. I am ecstatic to send my young Andalusian here for education in a few months when he is of proper age. Thank you to everyone here for all that you do!

While heading to a horseshow this past weekend, my horse trailer blew a tire on I-95. The blowout was catastrophic and left me stranded on the side of the highway with four horses and my twin daughters. I called AAA for assistance, and they were not equipped to help me. Thankfully, Darrell Vaughn with Vaughn Equestrian was passing by and stopped. He removed my tire and even pulled the rubber from the drum, which was stuck. He put the spare tire on and had us safely back on the road in no time, allowing us to reach our destination safely. In a day and time when most people would simply drive by, he saw we were stranded and stopped to help us despite having his own trailer attached. His act of kindness will never be forgotten, and it speaks volumes of his character. Not to mention it is certainly a positive reflection on how he handles his equine business and clients. Thank you again for your genuine humanity!

There is no better place to board your horse for safety and expertise of owners. Beautiful farm with top of the line amenities. My horse was there for several months and was perfectly cared for.
