I recently had the pleasure of working with US Roofing to replace my roof, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Sebastian was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The initial consultation was thorough and informative and they provided a comprehensive quote that was both competitive and detailed. The installation process was smooth even through weather delays. The crew was meticulous in their work and cleaned up the site thoroughly upon completion. The new roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend US Roofing and Sebastian to anyone in need of roofing services.

Our roof was replaced in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, and Sebastian Carriazo helped us through a time that could have been very stressful. I appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process, particularly his use of aerial photos of the home to illustrate the roofing process. The team of roofers was thorough and fast; the work was completed in one day. The architectural-style shingle added character to our home, and it blends well with the color of the brick. My wife and I were more than pleased with the result.

The roofing crew was professional, polite, and they were careful to honor my one request (please protect my garden at the most reasonable extent possible). I would recommend them to anyone. We recently had our roof replaced by US Roofing (25 Oct 24). We are extremely grateful and satisfied for the excellent Awesome and Amazing job, from start to finish. My experience with US Roofing started two days after Hurricane Helene passed through our area. My wife and I were outside of our residence struggling to pick up my 12ft gate, which was heavily damaged by the hurricane. Mr. Pablo Gomez, who was passing through our neighbor, saw us and, he jumped out of his truck and assisted us with my gate, I thought he was one my neighbors, just being neighborly, but, at that point, I noticed he had a US Roofing sign on his truck. From where we were standing, I asked him to take a quick look at my roof, "which to me looked like a checkerboard with all of the missing shingles along with my broken gate and missing siding". He agreed to do so. I was immediately impressed with Mr. Pablo's knowledge, of roof and General maintenance, so much to the point that I informed him that I had made contact with my Insurance and that in a few days an Insurance Adjuster would be arriving, and I would appreciate it very much if he would be available to go on top of my roof with the Adjuster, in which he willing volunteered to do so. A few days later, Mr. Pablo arrived and accompanied my Insurance Adjuster on top of my roof, and without any doubt, I am sure this was vital to my Adjuster (who was also very impressed with Mr. Pablo's knowledge on roofs), approving for us to have our roof replaced. Mr. Pablo, stayed in touch with me and once we heard back from our insurance company, Mr. Pablo, setup an appointment and introduced my wife and I to Mr. Sebastian. From start to finish Mr. Sebastian was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of roofs/ Insurance and he took the time to explain all the Insurance information/jargon to me, which helped me to understand and make sense of what my insurance allotted for my replacement, repairs and food spoilage. From sales to estimate and working with our insurance company - US Roofing went above and beyond! The entire staff really is dedicated to creating a smooth process and excellent results. I say we will use them again but we just got a 50 year roof so it might be a while haha - I will recommend them to everyone I know!
