Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was our first time here. My son wanted to have his party here this year. Everything was perfect! They provided everything for the party as far table cover/decoration, plates, utensils, napkins, and cups. We literally didn't have to do anything. Kayla was our host. She made sure everything went so smooth! She served all the food to the kids and cut/served the cake. Kayla was so nice and caring. She really went way above and beyond all expectations. This was by far the best experience we've had at an establishment. Not to mention the place itself is a huge play palace for the kids. Highly recommended for birthday parties!

Took the kids here on spring break and they had a blast. We usually go to Savannah as we are in Statesboro but will go here from now on as it is much cleaner and the employees are so nice!! Jayden helped me boys get harnessed up and walked the high ninja course with them. A little girl was in the playland crying and he rushed over and gently carried her to her mom. It was nice to see such a patient young man working with all these crazy kids! Kudos to his parents.

Super great experience! AK at concessions was super sweet to my kids. Went during the week so it was not packed at all. Kids had a great time and mom got to relax! Highly recommend summer pass!

This was our second birthday party at Urban Air and the experience was even better than the first. Two days before the party we received a phone call informing us that we would have time before party to setup and I thought that was very considerate. Our party host, Taylor, was fantastic! She was attentive, nice, and very helpful. Additionally Brittany, who I believe was a manager, was great as well. She was very thorough during our checkout, accommodating, and even got my daughter a band-aid when needed. I cannot recommend Urban Air enough as a venue for a birthday party!

It's not too bad. It was a lot of fun for the kids. Food prices are actually well priced. Booking a room is very expensive this the loss of a star. However, the attendees of the room normally have great customer service and personalities.
