The lady at the front desk went beyond the call of duty helping with my phone to print a label. Very personable and kind ❤️

Absolutely no help with my return to Staples. Though I had the scan code that was to be presented to a UPS store, they told me they only printed out Amazon labels...that they were only an access point and I needed to go to a real UPS store for help. I went to the Advance Auto Sales access point on Lumpkin Rd and was helped.

I’m very pissed you can’t speak to a live person and my package is lost..

Customer service was quick and professional. I was in and out with my receipt in my head in less than 1 minute.

Don't even know why this place is considered a drop off point tried to drop off a package old dish network receiver an they say they can't except it even though it's already boxed an labeled.
