Uprooted Vegan Cuisine

Thanks to @plantyou for recommending Too Good To Go, an app where you can order food from local restaurants and stores at a fraction of the cost, all in the goal of preventing food waste. Its a great way to try new places and new cuisines, which Im all down for! Today's offering a surprise bag from Uprooted Vegan Cuisine. Normally $16.99, purchased for $6. This is their Low Country Roasted Tomato and Farro salad, and a sugar heart cookie. Food was fresh and so very tasty, but the cookie was the BEST Ive ever had, and I have had the the best (@meemalovex5). I would eat this cookie out of a dumpster, for sure.

While they were out with the food truck in Aiken today, a gentleman offered me some vegan tacos from their truck - I'm guessing they were closing down for the day and had extra. Initially I turned them down because I wasn't very hungry, but then changed my mind thinking they'd be great later. I'm so glad I did because they smelled incredible and tasted even better. I'm almost embarrassed at how fast I ate those tacos. Thank you so much. That was one of the best things I've eaten in some time.

I am not vegan but I love EVERYTHING I have ever gotten from here! It's all bursting with flavor, quality and so delish you won't even know you are eating healthy! 10/10 recommend!!!

Jennifer was able to deliver vegan items for a camp that we hosted! The food was amazing and would recommend to anyone looking for vegan food.
