Nick and Scott were awesome! Personable and helpful! They helped get me through the process of changing out all of my plumbing fixtures and reconnecting garbage disposal, including tub/shower kits, after a countertop installation, starting with disconnect of old faucets and garbage disposal. And they adjusted my dishwasher because it was not seated correctly in its space. They did awesome work and everything looks so good! Top notch service! I will definitely use Nick and Scott in the future if I need any plumbing work done! Thank you for a job excellently done!

Mike and his assistant were outstanding! They arrived well within the promised timeframe to remove and cap off a leaking secondary hot water heater.They were very courteous and responsive to my questions. The clean up was thorough. I was offered a same day appointment, but deferred the service unto the next day due to an out of town obligation. The price was very reasonable for the extent of the service.

Great experience!! Great customer service!! When the technician was on the way, he called to let me know. Then I got a text letting me know who was coming, a picture and a short bio. Def made me feel more comfortable before tech even got there and more positive about the company I chose to come to my home for repairs. He had a helper w him and it was neat that he was actually teaching the guy as he was going and fully explaining everything to him and myself, instead of just treating him as a helper. After diagnosis Johnny fully explained everything and presented a quote before moving forward in a very professional manner. Thank you Universal Plumbing for a great job and having a great team. This was my first time calling a plumber instead of us trying to fix problems, which could have been a disaster. 😆 A little pricey but if you compare it to the car business field that I’m in, it’s comparable. Oh and they cleaned up as they went, which was a huge plus for me!!
