United Rentals did a fantastic job with providing the skid steer and grapple bucket as promised. Machine worked great and the rental experience was super easy and quick.

Ordered a Takeuchi mini x with a 18 inch bucket specifically a month in advance for a already planned out job. Day of delivery get a call from salesman that the only bucket they have is is 36 inches. This is hours before scheduled delivery . At this point I can't get another machine anywhere so I'm forced to take it. When it showed up not only did it have a 36 inch bucket but it wasn't even the machine that I had ordered a month in advance. Just be warned that united rentals doesn't come through with the machines that you specifically request and will send you whatever they have in the yard to make money. Very poor customer service and a way to do business.

Jeff at augusta ga. store did a great job getting us a excavator delevered to us , it was the last day of the year 12-31 and it was 4:45 that afternoon when i made the call - most places would have not even took the call.. thanks for the great service- Bryan Powell McCormick area transit

Good pricing, professional people. I call a few weeks in advance to make sure I get what I need and they have delivered every year. Highly recommend.
