I rented a backhoe this past weekend delivery was on time but because of where I wanted it delivered to they couldn't get it there because of it being too narrow so they delivered it to a different place of my choice. Everything went smoothly until one of the tires went flat and cut the job short since it was after hours I had to wait for a maintenance crew to arrive the next day but even though I lost 2 and a half hours of paid time due to a flat tire I was still very pleased with their business and how they handle things. Overall I would definitely use them again and would recommend their business to others.

I was given a price for equipment rental for 2 weeks rental on 2 pieces of equipment , rental, taxes , pickup and delivery. I called off the rental on 1 piece at the end of the 2 week term and extended the rental on the other piece for the month. I used it 4 more days and then called it off. Even though I was willing to pay the monthly price for the 4 Xtra days, I got an additional pick up charge because I extended my rental. In hindsight I should have kept the piece until the last day of the month rental. I did not expect the Xtra pick up charge and nobody told me that as well. Be careful of dealing with united. I will never deal with united again. Sunbelt all the way from here on out!

Jay is always friendly and always has or can get what I need. Never rude so maybe other reviewers need to take a look at how they approached the transaction. United has the best equipment and selection. Blue star is always too expensive. I'll recommend united in Aiken every time.

Called and reserved a Georgia buggy with wheels this morning at 7am. Drove over a hour to get it as this location is the only one that had one in the CSRA at the time. Pulled up and was told that SRS called and reserved it and we couldn't have it. No compensation or anything for the time and gas wasted. They weren't willing to help at all. The Manager even told us that SRS called after us at 9am to reserve it and still told us no.
