UGA Small Business Development Center in Augusta

Refused to help me put together a business plan so I could find investors. Was out of consideration for “ both” of our time so they tried to convince me it was a waste of my time… So, putting together the business plan that I needed to put together was a waste of your time… thanks for your concern for me and my time. The entire time speaking to me like I was a retarded child while only listening to every other word. So basically, let’s not do anything while taking public funding and convince people not to bother us. As I believe, this is not in the spirit of the organization, nor the tax dollars being given to it, I will be calling my representatives and the Atlanta SBA district office.

They are there to help you start a business or get funding. Their services are free but I've found them invaluable! They also host business workshops so you can learn about most aspects of starting and running your own business.

We spoke with Eric and left with so much valuable information! I highly recommend! Great customer service and everyone is very friendly.
