Short sweet and to the point: If you go over on your rental, just keep the vehicle and return it when the next rental deadline is. Deon calls and i tell him im keeping the truck because they already charged me for an additional day. He lies and says if i bring the truck back i wont be charged and he’ll refund it. When I get there , of course the story changed. They just wanted to get the rental to the next person. I filed a complaint for a refund or a future credit and their GM will get back to me in 24 hours. Just don’t lie to me. I could have just kept the truck for another 24 hours because the other customers most likely went to another location who had the truck available. UPDATE: (4/26/2025) Nick, the store manager called me back and issued a full refund for the additional day charged. So I’m changing my review from 1 to 5 stars because I’m not going to penalize him for what one of his employees did. Also making it 5 stars because Nick had great customer service and corrected the situation promptly.

Had a great experience with U-Haul. The check-in and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was straightforward, and I had no issues at all. Will definitely book again in the future!

The only reason we give this location is because of Dion (and his manager). A few days before my wife and I left Georgia to go back home to Texas, I reserved a Uhaul plus an auto transport. To begin with, the people at the corporate ph# gave us contradicting information as a result, was a mess because it was confusing. Then, once we arrived at the Uhaul in person and spoke with a new representative there to pay for the rental plus the auto transport, it was not discussed that there would be a separate charge. Keep in mind, we spoke with corporate people who gave us as part of our reservation one price for the uhaul truck plus the auto transport. But when we got to the uhaul center in person, we were not given the same price. FF, on Friday December 13th was a horrible experience because of what corporate reserved on pricing but did not put on the computer for the Uhaul location in Grovetown. It was stressful because we had already filled up the 10x15 truck and had needed to be on the road in the next few hours. To make matters worse, there was another customer in line who also received the same bad information from corporate. And he also needed to get on the road in a few hours. But..Dion was on his job and assisted both of us in a professional and calm demeanor. He even put his manager on the phone to talk to us about the charge that corporate did not tell us about and she gave us a break on it. Dion helped us with the auto transport and helped check us out all while keeping in mind that he was trying to get us on the road. Dion used his resources to help us, stayed calm, and had a super great attitude. He never down talked to us. He didn't talk over us. He didn't disrespect us. Dion was a true professional with excellent customer service skills because he kept his mission in mind: help us get on the road. And his manager deserves kudos too because she called Dion back after being off work already and she helped him diffuse the confusion from corporate and gave u...

So pleasant! We reserved a tow dolly online and picking it up was so easy! The lady and man at the desk were very friendly and helpful! If we weren’t moving across the country I would definitely come back for other uhaul services.
