If you’re looking for quality roof repair or replacement call the folks at Truth Roofing. After Hurricane Helena I was needing a full roof replacement. Although I had insurance, they would only pay at the Actual Cost Value of the existing roof because of depreciation leaving me needing thousands. I am a disabled Senior living on a fixed income and unable to borrow. After many attempts with other roofing companies I called Truth Roofing and met with one of their contractors, Edward Williams.. and the rest is history. The folks at Truth Roofing along with Ben Harris and the Mission Catastrophe Resource saw to it that I now have a new roof using quality materials and Owens Corning shingles. Truth Roofing is also providing a 10 yr workmanship warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your roofing project. Their workers did a truly great job in completing the work and then hauled off all debris afterwards leaving the area clean. We got our roof replaced after Helene- they came out right away and inspected the damage and quoted us a fair price without even asking to see what the insurance company had allocated for the work. They got the job done within about a week of the quote. The new roof has been great.

Price was comparable to all other roofing companies. They responded quickly, answered all questions, very professionally. First time ever getting a roof replacement and I am very happy I went with them.

Over priced and would not recommend. Was charged for 6 guys for 6 hours but was only at my house for not even 5 hours. Also on the overall bill there was a 30% addition that I have no idea on what that was for. To replace the screws on my roof it cost about $7k. Was going to recommend them to another business but would not recommend. We also have dogs that we instructed them to call at least 30 minutes prior and that never happened. From my experience there is a serious lack of communication within their business it seems. Would go with someone else. Updated 6/29/2024 Called and emailed owner back on May 9th and I was told that someone would be calling me the following week. They pulled screws that were supposed to replace they pulled and never put back. That caused a leak that stained my ceiling in my living room that I get to look at entry day. Now today the screws that they didn't replace on top of the chimney is dripping down on to the fireplace, that will have to be fixed before the next rain or I will have more damage to my house that I spent $6,800 on just for them to replace the screws in a metal roof. The images that I added are the same ones I sent to the Chris, the owner of the company. Also, to add to it I'll include the picture of screws that I found of one side of my house (screws picture Dec 8, 2023) that they used to justify coming back for a half day to clean up. One of my dogs stepped on a screw and was bleeding from it. I know this because I found the bloody screw outside the doggy door and bloody paw prints. Also, my lawnmower had a back flat tire that I had to patch due to one of the screws I found. In my opinion if you are looking for someone to work on your roof, I would recommend anyone else because these people are in the business to make money for themselves and do not look after their customers

The story of my experience is in the name of this company, (TRUTH). Truth Roofing, What started out as a normal reroofing job had some unexpected surprises along the way.
