I am NOT a customer yet they sprayed pesticides in my yard without permission or prior notice, which was not only unethical but dangerous—I have dogs, and they were exposed before I could stop them from going outside. I never authorized this visit, and there was no courtesy call, email, or anything. they just came the totally wrong home This kind of negligence shows a lack of regard for pet safety and basic customer communication. When I reached out, I didn’t get a satisfying resolution or accountability. I’m now dealing with the stress of detoxing my pets and worrying about long-term effects. If you care about animals, consent, or transparency, I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Excellent technician. Went abo e and beyond the scheduled treatment after we spoke about my frustration with a previous service call. The gentleman knew what he was talking about and provided good recommendations for going forward. Thank you TruGreen. Appreciate this kind of individual service and customer care!

I recently called for pricing to become a new client. I spoke with a gentleman who sounded very unwell, but he did spend several minutes explaining the services. After gathering all the information, I asked if he could email me the estimate. He became very agitated and said no, this was a “special offer” and that I had to make a decision right then if I wanted a really great yard. I explained that I would not be making any decision without talking with my husband first, and he HUNG UP ON ME! WOW! Guess TruGreen doesn’t need this Georgia girls good opinion - or her business.

They took our credit card number and then never contacted us for aeration service. If you need to contact them, you have to go on their national line; not the local office that takes care of your service. The service reps on their call center are rude. When I complained about the above info re. aeration, the service rep took it upon herself to cancel us because she didn't like us. There you go. And the lawn looks worse than it did before they started. **Thanks for the reply TruGreen, but we are not interested in emailing you with further details. You have all the information you need and this is not something that you are not aware of. You can read the reviews re. the same issue.

I just called to inquire about receiving new services in Martinez. I was instantly disappointed and not impressed with the representative who answered the phone...She sounded like an older lady. Although she did say polite words, as if part of a script, she did so in a rude way. She was overly loud and did not provide very much information at all. When asking about mowing, weed control, and other services, she replied "What do you mean". She also would only say that mowing services were not offered. No additional information about the other services I mentioned were elaborated on in any form or fashion. I had to repeat myself whenever I said anything, despite me being a rather articulate individual. When I responded that I didn't realize mowing was not a service that was offered, she just hung up without saying a word. If this is who the face of the company is for new potential customers, that is beyond disappointing, and this company should look for better talent or even just a friendly person. As a businessman myself, I will not align myself with sub-par business practices such as that. I would advise people to look elsewhere for a company that values giving good customer service. If this is my experience during my first interaction, a reasonable person would expect it to go downhill from there.
