Chris was amazing at keeping in touch with me and tailoring service to my needs. He was available and punctual and very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and shared a lot of great information with me. Call this guy-he’s AWESOME!

Called last Thursday, and was told I would get a call back in about 20 minutes bc he didn’t have a pen or paper. I called again later that afternoon just thinking he got busy and forgot and left a voicemail. Never heard back that day. Never heard anything on Friday either. I called again this morning. It seems you don’t want my business. I don’t know what the issue is, but that is extremely bad customer service. I was not rude in any way. Like I said in the voicemail, I just assumed the rep got busy again and he just forgot. I would understand if that happened and I got a call back the next day, but to not call me back at all is unacceptable. I mean I hope everything is ok. Other than that I will be moving on to the next company. ***update- got a call back today. Rep admitted that he forgot to call me back. But I called back that afternoon, and then this morning. He was very confrontational and offended that I left a 1 star review for someone I haven’t met, but I gave 3 chances to call me back and no callback. No explanation given for not getting a call back the additional 2 times I called. The ONLY REASON I got a call back today was bc I left this review. The way to get a call back apparently is to leave a 1 star review. They can’t admit that it’s bad customer service to not to call someone back. I understand if they forgot, which is why I called again that afternoon. Yeah- you never stepped foot on my property bc you wouldn’t call me back.

Thanks so much to Chris as he was incredible. Imagine pet sitting for the coolest family and the owners were camping with no cell service and their pool needs service and after finally finding the owners pool service and being told they could not come out for three weeks. I called Chris and explained my situation...he fit me in same day and continued to assist us after the service. Cudos to Chris!

Chris was amazing and and worked hard to make us happy, We had a new pool liner put in. Very professional answers all questions. Very informative. Yes I recommend true blue pools. Very satisfied with this company.

I have scheduled the work to be done. They came out an accessed the situation and quoted a price. Very professional.
