Triple Crown Car Wash, LLC

This used to be a good car wash but it is evident the owner is letting it go. Today was my last time using it. The machine just shut down with soap all over my vehicle. The last two time the top roller ddid not drop to clean the hood. I’ve called the number in the past and the guy will remotely put some time for me on one of the self serve bays. Good, but I don’t always have time for this.

I like that it's brushless, but it seems to be older equipment and it's tight pulling in with a larger vehicle.

Buyer beware if using a credit card. The timer runs UP not down to a max of $15/swipe. It is very unclear that this is happening because when you start the wash it says the charge is $3.00. It also says a warning will beep when the wash is over. Wow. When I got my bill it was serious sticker shock. Somehow the owner expected me to "know" this would happen because of the price of water, soap, etc despite never having used a self serve carwash before and that it was clear (as mud) on the sign. Go to LuLu's. You'll get a great wash with no sticker shock.

There was no soap coming out of the wand. They charged me $10.00 too. I wouldn't go there again. I can't see paying ten dollars to spray plain water on my vehicle. There was no soap coming out of the wand. I was there, holding it in my hand....no soap. I know you say there was but I didn't see any. Wasted my money.

This was a quick and easy way to get my car washed. My son loved the "robot washers"! The app was also easy to use and worked instantly. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the hood of my car was still dirty. There was a brush at the very front that I believe was supposed to wash the hood but it never came down. I'd give 5 stars if it did.
