Trinity built my home back in 2016. When Hurricane Helene came through we had a big Oak tree fall on the back of our home. Trinity was invaluable to the rebuild process ! From being able to provide shingle color to helping me locate the materials I needed to restore my home, I couldn’t have done it without them. Thanks for being there in the middle of the chaos !

Hands down a great place! The outstanding customer service provider by Dawson was exceptional! Very knowledgeable of his product. He was spit on. I highly recommend Dawson and Trinity Home to everyone!

It is becoming quite apparent to me that this is a classic case of bait and switch. You secure a loan to build a home And you think that the loan would cover the home being built, but instead We are having to pay thousands and thousands of dollars outside of the loan for unexpected situations. Of course, these situations are mentioned in the contract. But while reviewing the contract The builder says "that hardly ever happens", or "y'all don't have to worry about that" but then all of a sudden it does happen, and we do have to worry about it! And the extra cost is out of our pocket! My advice, in addition to the amount for your home loan, be prepared to shell out an extra twenty or thirty thousand dollars to trinity homes on top of that for "unexpected situations" that aren't covered in your building loan. And to think we pick Trinity because of the holy Trinity. If our situation changes, I'll be happy to update my review. But for right now, this is where I stand.

Dawson is awesome. Through our many changes in plans, he never lost patience with us. He is always showing us the best options and accommodating us every step of the way. Thank you for helping us build our dream home.
