don't trust this agency. they used bait tactics to have me sign a contract with them, with a policy cheaper than my previous one due to a discount. then later that discount disappeared and the rate came back higher. they said that was their error and they would pay for it but never ever. I trusted what Tony said and then got disappointed (his office shows he is a Christian but what Christian is that?). Amber, an associate working there, actually did not pay attention to the details of the contract. Tony was the same. They just wanted my money. I had to come to the office several times for their lack of attention. They never read or reread the policy that they issued to me, and told me to sign another document which was already there. This is the WORST ever agency I have worked with. GO TO ELSEWHERE!!! Reply to Tony: TONY, I read your reply and I have to say that you are a LIAR! There was no such phone conversation! You just made it up! A MAN STANDS WITH WHAT HE HAD SAID & PROMISED!

I posted a review September 11th 2024 that review had nothing to do with the local Allstate office located in Augusta, Georgia on Wheeler road. My agent Karissa Rodriguez was wonderful and also her boss. They both tried their best to help me out. My review was directed at all states main office and the terrible service I received and did not receive from them. They were useless. Again. I give the local office and Karissa Rodriguez and her boss a 5 star review. They worked as hard as they could to get things straightened out and provide me with answers to my questions. Again, that first review was only for the main office for all state.Not for the office located in augusta georgia on wheeler road and not directed towards Karissa Rodriguez and her boss. Like I said before they deserve a 5 star review. A big thank you to Karissa and her boss.

Allstate has always been a very responsible and responsive agency. I’ve had insurance with you for many many years, as you know, and you have always been available to me when I have had minor accidents, hit a deer, or other mishaps with my various cars. I continue to be very satisfied with the service I receive, most recently when adding a new Mazda MX-5 Miata, the first one I have had in the last 25 years. Thank you for providing excellent service.

I was previously with GEICO for 30 years. I became unhappy with their service, support, and increased cost. I contacted GEICO about my concerns as a longtime customer and received no satisfactory response. I decided then to research and make inquirers to many other available insurance companies, and I compared the results. I was more than pleased when I determined that Allstate was the top pick without question. I visited the Allstate Tony Barr agency and immediately changed my home and vehicle insurance to Allstate. They care about their customers, provide the best service possible, and have the best insurance and benefit coverage above all others. Frank Allen, Augusta, GA.

I felt scammed. I was already with an insurance company that charged me a lot for two vehicles and renter's insurance. However, one of your agents reached out to me and (promised) me better coverage at a better rate. I did express that the coverage needed to be significantly less for me to change agencies. At 1st it was less, then it became more and more expensive. I also had to contact All-State many times to correct the spelling of my name so that I could finally log on to the app to keep track. Only a few months later, I was vehemently harassed about a homeowners discount that I never asked for or even insinuated I had because I requested (Renter's) insurance. After that, my rate went up about an additional $100 monthly and that's where I was too furious to continue. I feel that All-State does not care about its clients, only their bottom line. You all should work harder to insure that your clients are happy and well taken care of so they'll feel comfortable trusting your agency and want to stay. DO BETTER!!! I HATED IT WITH YOU ALL.
