I have gone here once before, and my second time I went was about 3 weeks ago. But I have a story to share: Whatever acrylic they used on me this last time, completely melted my nails off and broke them all in half leaving them bleeding. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while, so they were healthy. I just soaked off my nails (as I have done on my own many times) and whatever acrylic powder they used was burning as I was soaking it off, and broke all of my nails in half and they are all bleeding now. DO NOT GO TO TL NAILS!!! If you want something in the area, go to paris nails

Classy salon & a great atmosphere! Andrew the owner, is awesome and does a great job at running his salon! Tuyen does my pedicures & she is also great! Both are very thorough with incredible work ethic! I have maintained a relationship with both for years! Highly recommend!

TL is the best! I’ve been going here for a few years and I’ve been happy with every single nail tech! I love that they take appointments, are efficient and just do a really great job! Everyone is super friendly and I love the front desk, girl, Taylor! She is precious!

Environment: Clean and organized. Staff: Pleasant. Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing. Price: $50

Monday, August 22, 2022: Updated to add that its two days later and my left big toe is swollen and oozing pus and blood from around the edge where Jason dug into my toes. I can't put shoes on bcs when anything touch my toe, it is extremely painful. I've made a Dr's appointment to have my toe checked out to see how bad it's infected. Added the picture with the date on it so you can see the 2 day difference. Came in with my husband for two pedicures. He had Maria and she did amazing. I had Jason, and overall he did a decent job. He is very meticulous in his work, but he is hard with the machines. He kept digging in my left big toe until he made it raw. Bcs I'm on my feet regularly for work, I get my feet done weekly, so there was no reason for him to dig that deep. The water was extremely hot and he placed the hot towel directly on my legs and feet without allowing it time to cool. I asked for a color change on my hands to match my toes, a change of shape and a smalltalk repair near the cuticle. As you see in the pictures, he cut my nails down way too far and they are uneven on the index fingers. Apparently those 3 requests resulted in an additional $60 charge bcs it costs $30 for gel polish change on these short nails (even though their website says $10), $5 for a nail repair, $10 for a file down and $15 for a change of shape (even though their website says a different price than what I was charged. When I asked them about my charges and showing their website, of course they suddenly don't understand and I was refunded only $5. Will not be coming back. I feel cheated. Will be taking my weekly business elsewhere.
