Tires Plus

I made an appointment online to have all 4 tires replaced. I received a call shortly after from the store informing me they would have to order the tires because no stores in the area had them. I rescheduled for the next day at 3:00 PM. That next day, I arrived before the appointment time and was there almost 2 and a half hours before my vehicle went in the shop. I understand that there are other customers and the shop gets busy, but I expect to have services performed at my appointment time. Even if it’s a little bit later, I don’t have a problem with that. I feel that operations could be managed better. Will not be returning for service again in the future.

I had an appointment at 8 a.m. to have my air conditioning inspected. It's nearly noon and they just completed the inspection. I'm still waiting for someone to talk to me about the results. The customer service here usually great but the wait times are ridiculous, even with an appointment. I recommend if you can make it to Augusta or any other city, go there. Especially if you are in a hurry. They actually respect your time. I've had great experiences at other tires plus but this one is consistently VERY, VERY, VERY SLOW. I don't have the luxury of dropping off my car and picking it up later. The sales people are competent but time is valuable. Choose wisely.

I was from out of town for a minor league baseball game and I had a slow leak in my tire. Billy and August Lecompte were great. The worked with me to get to the game on time and get my tire fixed. Great customer service all the way around.

I love Tires Plus... I made an appointment (8:00 a.m.) to have my tires checked due to a leak, which was fixed. I had my tires rotated, I called around noon and car wasn't ready yet. I received a call saying I needed an oil change, so I went for it. Did not get my car back until almost 5:00. I was a little bit upset with that, but all in all, that won't stop me from going back.

Because the lady told me the life time wheel alignment was 209 after I said I had a coupon. The next customer came in and she told him the lifetime was 189 with no coupon. That’s bull. When I told her she had a 20 off coupon she raise the price so that the would still have to pay 189. I’ll never come back to tires plus. Seems like a bunch of greedy you know what’s.
